description
Technical field The invention relates to a wall heating according to the preamble of claim 1.
PRIOR ART Wall heating systems are mostly used in saunas, in particular in so-called infrared saunas, for heating the interior. Electrical wall heating elements, such as, for example, electrical tubular heating elements, are usually used in such wall surface heating systems or wall surface heating elements.
Such wall heating with tubular heating elements is shown for example in DE 19 953 345 B4. Heating up via the heating elements usually results in annoying cracking noises in such wall heating systems. These cracking noises can also occur during the cooling phase. These cracking noises are caused, among other things, by the heating up and cooling down of the individual sheets at different speeds, which are introduced, for example, in the wall heating to improve heat distribution.
Object of the invention The object of the invention is to further develop wall heating systems for saunas. In particular, it is an object of the invention to reduce or, if possible, eliminate noises which are generated by wall surface heating and / or elements of the wall surface heating. Furthermore, it is an object of the invention to achieve a better temperature distribution, in particular in the lower area of the sauna. It is also an object of the invention to enable a simpler assembly of the wall surface heating and to enable the installation and installation options more flexibly.
Solution of the task The features of claim 1 lead to the solution of the task.
In an exemplary embodiment according to the invention, a wall heating for use in a sauna, in particular a so-called infrared sauna, is provided. Furthermore, the use of the present wall surface heating as a wall surface heating element for sanitary facilities, such as a bathroom, is also possible.
A wall heating consists of a wall that has an interior. The interior describes the volume that is enclosed by individual walls of the wall heating when the wall heating is properly assembled. The interior of the wall panel heating is located between an outside of the sauna wall and an inside of the sauna wall. The inside of the sauna wall describes the wall that faces the sauna cabin when the wall heating is installed correctly. The sauna cabin is a room that is surrounded by the individual walls, can be entered through a door and is heated by the wall heating. The outside of the sauna wall is the wall that is located on the side facing away from the sauna cabins when the wall heating is installed correctly.
[0008] Furthermore, the wall has a floor connection area and a ceiling connection area. The floor connection area corresponds to the area of the wall or wall heating, which faces the base of the properly installed sauna cabin. In a properly installed sauna, the floor connection area of the wall is therefore on the side of the wall facing the sauna floor. The ceiling connection area is in the properly assembled wall at the other end of the floor connection area. Thus, the ceiling connection area is in the area of the upper end of the properly installed sauna cabin. The ceiling connection area is located in a properly installed sauna on the side of the wall facing the sauna ceiling.
In a wall heating according to the invention, a heating element, which is located in the interior of the wall, extends to the floor connection area. The heating element is preferably an electric tubular heater. Furthermore, it is also possible to introduce heating cables or other preferably cylindrical heat sources into the interior of the wall as a heating element. Likewise, other heat sources, such as pipes or heating elements, which are heated with a hot medium, are also intended to be included in the present case. Because the heating element extends to the floor area in the wall surface heating, an improved and therefore more uniform temperature distribution in the sauna cabin can be achieved. Above all, this allows a higher temperature to be reached in the lower area of the cabin, which results in an overall improved climate in the sauna cabin. Another advantage is that the proximity of the heating element to the floor connection area can increase the circulation. In order to prevent cracking noises caused by stretching in the floor connection area, the heating element preferably lies freely sliding in the floor connection area, e.g. on a sheet metal bracket.
In a typical embodiment, the wall surface heating has a control. This is preferably installed in the interior of the wall at the other end of the floor connection area. Overheating of the wall surface heating can be prevented by the control, but the temperature in the sauna cabin can also be regulated. The control
CH 708 259 B1 can be done both by switching the heating elements on and off and by increasing or decreasing the heating output.
In a typical embodiment, the heating element of the wall heating comprises a reflector. The reflector is preferably arranged on a side of the heating element facing the inside of the sauna wall. The reflector is provided for receiving and then distributing the thermal energy radiated by the heating element over a large area. In a typical exemplary embodiment, the reflector is made of metal as a strip-shaped sheet metal component. It is preferably a sheet metal strip made of aluminum or an aluminum alloy.
In a typical embodiment, the heating element is held in the wall by a bracket. The holder is preferably a cuboid metal block that has a receptacle for the heating element. In a typical embodiment, the receptacle is a circular, continuous recess, e.g. a hole that is suitable for receiving the tubular heater. This also represents a guide for the tubular heater.
In a typical embodiment, the cuboid metal block is made of the same material as the reflector, preferably made of aluminum or an aluminum alloy. The cuboid design of the cuboid metal block eliminates stretching noises when heating up.
Furthermore, the cuboid metal block has recesses, on the one hand a connection to the reflector and on the other hand a connection to the wall can be made. When the wall panel heating is properly assembled, the connection to the wall is on the side facing the outside of the sauna wall and the connection to the reflector is on the side of the interior of the wall facing the inside of the sauna wall. The heating element also received by the cuboid metal block is located in a typical embodiment between the wall and the reflector.
Furthermore, a heat reflecting surface is present in the interior in a typical embodiment. This is suitable for reflecting the heat energy emitted by the heating element in the direction of the outside of the sauna wall in the direction of the inside of the sauna wall. The heat reflecting surface is preferably on the wall. In another exemplary embodiment, the material of the wall is a heat-reflecting and / or insulating material.
The wall with the attached rectangular metal blocks, the heating elements, the reflectors and the controller is connected in a typical embodiment on the side facing the outside of the sauna wall via screw tabs with an insulating layer. In addition to the heat-insulating surface, the insulating layer is intended to prevent heat energy from escaping on the outside of the sauna wall. By installing the wall using screw-on brackets, installation work for the wall panel heating in the factory can be significantly reduced.
In a typical embodiment, the wall is made of a metal, preferably aluminum or an aluminum alloy. In one embodiment, this is clad on the outside of the sauna wall with wood, for example with wood panels. On the side facing the inside of the sauna wall, the wall with the interior is closed off by a cover to the sauna cabin. The cover is hung on the inside of the sauna wall using brackets. The cover preferably has a heat-distributing and a heat-radiating layer, which enables heat energy to be radiated as uniformly as possible via the inside of the sauna wall into the sauna cabin. In one embodiment, the cover and / or the inside of the sauna wall can also be clad with wood, such as wood panels and / or tongue and groove wooden boards.
Description of the Figures [0018] Further advantages, features and details of the invention result from the following description of preferred exemplary embodiments and from the drawings; these show in

Embodiment [0019] FIG. 1 shows the front view from the inside of a sauna wall 5 as seen from a typical embodiment of a wall heating system 1. The front view is shown without a cover 6. The cover 6 is shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, which represent a side view and a top view of the wall heating 1 according to FIG. 1.
In a typical exemplary embodiment, the wall heating 1 further has a wall 2 with an interior 14. In a typical embodiment, when properly installed, the wall 2 and the interior 14 form an inside of the sauna wall 5 and an outside of the sauna wall 4. When the wall heating 1 is properly installed, the inside of the sauna wall 5 is located on the side facing a sauna cabin the wall heating 1. The outside of the sauna wall 4 is located on the side of the wall heating 1 facing away from the sauna cabin.
Furthermore, the wall 2 has a floor connection area 15 and a ceiling connection area 16. When properly installed, a ceiling of the sauna is the part that is connected to the ceiling connection area 16. When properly installed, a floor of the sauna is the part that is connected to the floor connection area 15. A wall surface heater 1 according to the invention also has a heating element 3, which is arranged in the interior 14 and extends to the floor connection area 15. The heating element 3 is preferably freely sliding in the floor connection area 15 in order to avoid stretching noises.
[0022] Furthermore, in a typical exemplary embodiment, a wall surface heater 1 has a control system which consists of several control elements 12. Control via a single control element 12 is also possible and is intended to be included in the present case. The control elements 12 can be temperature monitors or temperature limiters, for example. The control elements 12 and thus the control are, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, arranged in a typical embodiment at the other end of the floor connection area 15.
In a typical embodiment, the heating element 3, which is preferably a tubular heater, is held by a holder in the interior 14 of the wall 2. The holder is a cuboid metal block 11 which has a receptacle for the heating element 3 and which is preferably made of aluminum or an aluminum alloy.
In one embodiment, the cuboid metal block 11 connects to the wall 2 with a first side. With a second, essentially opposite side, the parallelepiped-shaped metal block 11 establishes a connection with a reflector 10. In a typical exemplary embodiment, the heating element 3 is formed parallel to the wall 2 and to the reflector 10. The reflector 10, which is assigned to the heating element 3, is intended to receive the thermal energy that is emitted by the heating element 3. The reflector 10, which preferably corresponds to a sheet metal strip, then provides for a more extensive heat distribution in the direction of the inside of the sauna wall 5.
For the most effective release of the thermal energy generated by the heating element 3 in the direction of the inside of the sauna wall 5 and thus the sauna cabin, a heat-reflecting surface is present in the interior 14 of the wall 2. The heat-reflecting surface is suitable for reflecting the heat energy emitted by the heating element 3 in the direction of the outside of the sauna wall 4 in the direction of the inside of the sauna wall 5. In a typical embodiment, the heat-reflecting surface is applied to the surface of the wall 2 facing the inside of the sauna wall 5 or is already integrated into the surface of the wall 2 by a suitable choice of material.
In one exemplary embodiment, an insulating layer 7 further prevents heat energy from escaping via the outside of the sauna wall 4. The insulating layer 7 is preferably located between the heat-reflecting surface and the outside of the sauna wall. In a typical exemplary embodiment, the wall 2 is connected to the insulating layer and thus to the outside of the sauna wall by means of screw tabs 9. The mounting brackets 9 in the factory can be reduced by the screw-on tabs 9.
Towards the sauna cabin, the wall heating 1 closes off with a cover 6, which preferably corresponds to the inside of the sauna wall 5. In a typical exemplary embodiment, the cover 6 is hung via brackets 8 in front of the wall 2 and the interior 14 with the heating element 3. In one embodiment, the cover 6 has an additional layer for better and more uniform heat distribution. 2 and 3 also show that the wall heating can be clad with wood 13. In the present exemplary embodiment, the wood 13 is tongue and groove boards.
